Spinach Casserole 2 pkg. frozen Spinach 6 oz. Tomato Paste 8 oz. canned, Mushroom pieces couple cloves, Garlic 15 oz Ricotta cheese 1 Tbsp Mustard seed 1 tsp Cinnamon 2 cans refrigerated Biscuits salt to taste 1 chopped, Onion Nutmeg Cinnamon Chinese 5 Spice blend Ginger Curry whatever spice you have ---------------- 1. Saute spices in large skillet until fragrant. 2. Add frozen spinach and continue stirring until broken up and liquid mostly absorbed. 3. Add mushrooms, tomato paste and cheese and warm until incorporated. Stir occasionally. 4. Line the bottom of a medium pan with the first can of biscuits; separating them into 2 or 3 pieces horizontally. 5. Pour in spinach mixture and spread to cover. 6. Cover the top with the second can of biscuits. 7. Bake about 20 minutes on 350 degrees. Serve warm or room temperature. Feeds about 10 people at the next covered-dish.
