* Exported from MasterCook * Cinnamon Coffee Cake Recipe By :Alan Barasch Serving Size : 24 Preparation Time :0:15 Categories : Breakfast Dessert Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 package yellow cake mix -- Not the pudding kind 1 package vanilla pudding mix 1 cup Sour cream 1/2 cup vegetable oil 4 eggs 1/2 teaspoon Orange extract 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon Cinnamon 1/2 cup Almonds -- Ground Dump the first 6 ingredients into your mixing bowl Beat together for 10 minutes While beating first ingredients, mix the sugars and cinnamon Set aside 3 Tbsp of the sugar mixture and fold the rest into the batter Pour into an ungreased angel food pan and sprinkle the rest of the sugar mix on top Bake at 325 for one hour -- if using a bundt pan, it may take 1.5 hours. Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan or it will fall apart.
