Cabbage Strudel 1 head of green Cabbage pinch of Tumeric pinch of Curry 2 Tbsp toasted Sesame Seeds Olive Oil pinch of Cinnamon 5 drops of Tabasco Box of Phyllo dough 1. Shred the cabbage. 2. Heat oil in large fry pan and saute cabbage until just limp. 3. Stir in everything except dough. 4. Allow to cool slightly. 5. Make 5 layers of phyllo brushing with olive oil between.
