Alan’s Mom’s Blintz Casserole 12 frozen Blintzes 4 Eggs 16 oz carton Sour Cream 4 Tbsp Sugar 4 Tbsp Orange Juice 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 stick Butter or Margarine Melt margarine and coat blintzes in rectangle pan. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over blintzes. Bake at 375 degress for 45-55 minutes until lightly browned. For best results, prepare day before and bake just before serving.
