Apple Crescents Filling: 2 large Apples, cored and cut in chunks 1 cup Walnuts 1 Tbsp candied Ginger 1 Tbsp Vannila extract 1 tsp Cinnamon optional: splash Organge Blossom water Topping: 2 Tbsp Butter 1/4 cup Brown Sugar 1 can Grands(TM) Biscuits ------------------------------ Grease a large baking sheet. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 1. Process filling ingredients in food processor until consistency of chunky applesauce. 2. Split each biscuit horizontally into 2 rounds. 3. Stretch and flatten each round slightly, then place about a teaspoon of the filling in the center. 4. Fold over and seal edges to form a crescent. 5. Melt topping together. Lightly brush the tops of the crescents. 6. Bake according to can instructions (about 16 minutes). Great hot, warm, or room temperature.
