Sweet & Sour Meatballs 1 lb. Ground Beef, lean 1 Egg, beaten 1 Tbsp Cornstarch pinch Salt pinch Black Pepper 3 Tbsp. chopped Onion 1/2 tsp Garam Masala or Curry 1 tsp chopped Garlic Cooking: 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil Sauce: 3 Tbsp. Vinegar 1 can Pineapple chunks 1/2 cup Sugar 1/4 cup Brown Sugar 1 Tbsp. light Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp Orange Juice 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger ======================================= 1. Combine meatball ingredients in large bowl. Mix thoroughly with your hands. 2. Form into balls about 1 to 1-1/2 inches. 3. Brown on all sides in Oil. 4. Mix the sauce ingredients in saucepan.
