Marcia's Chopped Liver 1/2 lb. Chicken livers 3 Eggs, hardboiled Kosher salt Pepper 1/2 lb. Onions, sliced thin or diced Oil ----------------------------- 1. Wash and salt the livers. Broil until no longer pink. Wash and put aside. 2. Sauté the onions until translucent. 3. Peel eggs. 4. Chill everything for a day. 5. Grind together. The more egg, the fluffier.
