Apricot Filling 1-1/2 cups, Dried Apricots 2 Tbsp. Preserves, apricot or other 1 cup Water 1 cup Sugar pinch Nutmeg pinch Cinnamon pinch Ginger 2 tsp. Vanilla extract ------------------------ 1. Add water and sugar to small saucepan. Bring to boil and cook for another minute. 2. Add everything else. Continue cooking and stirring until thick and the apricots are soft and cut with a spoon.
