2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix® 
1 can cream corn,
1 can whole corn with liquid
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 stick butter

mix all and bake about 45 minutes at 350, top with some shredded cheese, bake about another 15 minutes or so
